SHIPPING POLICY
We ship only within the United States by USPS or UPS.
If you would like expedited shipping please contact us – Additional shipping charges may apply.
We offer free shipping on all orders $50.00 and over before tax is added. Orders of $49.99 and under are a flat rate of $7.95.
We do our best to ship within 24 hours but it sometimes may take up to 3 days. We are not open Saturdays or Sundays.
Please understand there are nationwide shipping delays which are beyond the control of Tandi.

RETURN POLICY
We hope you are pleased with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the order ship date for a refund to your credit card (minus shipping charges, if any).
All items must be returned to us in their original condition with all original tags still attached. They must also be smoke, deodorant and perfume free as well as unworn and unwashed.
Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend that you use shipping that includes tracking or shipping insurance, as Tandi will not be responsible for lost shipments.
If you refuse a delivery as a method of return without an approval, you will be charged for return shipping fees.
Please understand that all clearance and seasonal items are final sales.
